2. Appointments and Service Guarantees

Appointments must be scheduled and confirmed.
We guarantee the removal of existing gophers during service. However, we cannot guarantee prevention against new infestations.
Follow-up services may be required depending on the extent of infestation.

3. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Damage caused by pests before, during, or after treatment.
New infestations occurring after treatment.
Failure to follow preventive advice provided by our technicians.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are only available for services not performed due to our fault.

5. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate property information during booking.
Grant access to the property during scheduled appointments.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
